Hi, I’m Blair, founder of A Few More Friends.
When I moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles, I had no friends or family—just a suitcase and a dream. People warned me how hard it would be to “make it out there” and told me I would only last three months—but here I am, entering my third year. I quickly realized that making real connections in LA was harder than I imagined. I had to ask myself: Why am I here? Who do I want to become? And what am I going to create while I’m here?
Answering those questions helped me find the people who mattered—hidden gems who were connected to my purpose. I learned that the right friendships come from sincerity, not status or followers, and that true creative growth starts with working on yourself first.
That’s why I created A Few More Friends—a space for emerging creatives to skip the crowded, inauthentic events and meet real people. Here, you can build meaningful connections, collaborate, grow personally and creatively, and make a few more friends who can truly change your life.
